Missing road and building textures after installing LA Roads & Replace 200 Car & addon 1200 Car

Hello Guys
I have problem after playing 40 MIN
Anyone encounter this ! missing roads and building textures. This may have occurred after I installed L.A. Roads plus its patch. I don't know what I can do to fix this (I also have NVR MODS). I can confirm this isn't a graphics card issue. It stays like this even when I'm at a full standstill

GPU 2070 GTX
Ram 160 GB 3300

@Galaxy88 try set up all settings for Normal not for Ultra, if it fixed it, then it mean too much mods so game is not able to load textures in real time. It seems the game have limit for using RAM, game don't want use more than 8GB of ram even you have enought free ram to use and due to that it have not enought power to load all textures when using high-end textures and models.

But I think my computer can handle the maximum settings.
Notice this problem occurs after playing half an hour and more
I think the problem is not in the hardware
I hope other solutions : )

@Galaxy88 you should first try it...I didn't told your computer can't hold it I told the game is not able to use full power of your computer...I have similar hardware and tons of highend mods that's why I'm telling you this, from my experience so you should try it first and not tell you don't think it's not problem when you didn't try it...and the more you play the more things game have to load and use

I will try to change the game settings
But for me this is not a solution because I care about the graphic details and the breathtaking views
Is there another solution?

@Galaxy88 we first need to find out what could be reason of that issue, if it's what I says then I didn't know solution yet, but solution could be find a way how to force game to be able use more RAM memory. If the issue will continue after what I wrote, then we can start looking for another reason of that issue like wrongly installed mod, not good working mod etc

I try with Normal settings more than 35 minutes ago, I wandered in the city, but the problem still exists .. please any help !

@Galaxy88 you can’t, even with high specs the game can’t handle having so many cars replaced, all of which are probably huge in file size

@Reacon I replaced cars that did not exceed 20 MB
Does this have anything to do with LA Roads

@Galaxy88 even that LA roads have 4K textures, replaced vehicles are harder to load for the game. I have around 130 replaced cars and I have them in new dlcs and once I turn off one of them the problem with textures is fixed.
Maybe you can fix it by setting up that half of them which are now spawning in the traffic will don't spawn, or use gameconfid with less traffic. But it would make your game not so realistic but it's a way. To see if this would work you can try play until the point when problem with textures start, then using the trainer turn off functions 'no vehicles/no cars' and 'no peds' and try to wait a bit and play. If problem would be fixed at least from 50%, it would work

@Galaxy88 I can't yet as it's not my models. You can read about my project in link down this comment. Once it would be finished I would ask authors for the permissions, before that I can't upload it without permissions of authors of used mods sorry
