What's the code using to make players run faster?

As a title and sorry about my bad English , because it's not my native language .

So what's the code to make players run faster in GTA 5? I'm coding in .vb type files . I'm trying to learn make script for GTA 5 , that really fun . Have try research on GTA5 NATIVE DB , but no hope .
