Synchronizing Animations Across Multiple Peds

Hi!

Is there a way to synchronize animations? I want to film multiple peds doing the same animation in sync. I could manually try to start the animation at the same time, but that becomes tedious especially for longer animations and higher amounts of peds. Is there any way to automate that?

Any help is appreciated!
