Insert key does not refresh the game.

With updates before the Casino Heist update, I could press the insert key, and the game would refresh. I would use this mainly to load the bunker and facility hatches. Currently, the insert key does nothing. I even tried this mod, and that doesn't work either.

ScriptHookVDotNet v3 disabled the Insert key by default. Enable it again in ScriptHookVDotNet.ini
