How do you get the gta vehicle folder?

I dont have the vehicles folder in my gta 5 folder? Anyone know how i can get it? Thanks

@Gustafsson1 They are in the ×64e rpf, dlc vehicles are inside the update\×64\dlcpacks\mp*****\dlc.rpf
Updated vehicles are inside update\×64\dlcpacks\patchday(number)ng\dlc.rpf
You need OpenIV to open a rpf file.
