Best Police Mod

just want to find out if there is a mod that is super realistic when it comes to laws in gta. I saw this Youtuber called SteveTheGamer55 has a good one but the link of that mod i cannot find. I want the police to pull me over and basically do the routine that is done in real life. Any help ?

I think this should be in "General Modding Discussion" but ok. He's using LSDP:FR and lot of its plugins.
