Cars and wardrobes still appearing after updating

Help me guys! I updated my 1.41 to 1.46, followed installation process carefully and it worked. However, the cars and wardrobes that i had installed are still there. Im sure that everything inside the mods folder is new. Do you guys have any idea why they're still there?
