I'm looking for a mod that allows you to upgrade your car anywhere, not just in LSC but anywhere. You press a button and it lets you upgrade anything, however you'd like, like you were in LSC.
I'm looking for a mod that already exists, I wouldn't want anyone to go out of their way to make it.
