Infinite Loading Screen on Windows 10

when i go to play gta 5 on pc i get a Infinite Loading Screen anybody else has this problem i dont know how to fix this!!!

@NameLessTheRapper it happens to me every couple times I try to launch. Try opening up a browser tab after you log into social club. Sometimes it forces the game into windowed mode & it loads fine. Atleast for me.
Also, ReShade 2.0 causes this issue a lot leave the reshade folder empty untill your in your game, then put your files in & change resolution to refresh the folder.
