INFO: This .NET script allows you to simply arrest pedestrians and vehicle drivers/passengers.
Furthermore, gangsters may surrender themselves when seriously injured.

USAGE: Aim at any ped/vehicle, then press X by default (on the next update I'll make it possible for those who want to set another hotkey).
