Addon Peds Editior Not Opening???

My addon peds editor is not opening when iI run as administrator? Please can someone send fixes and how to run it. I have done all my script hooks and scripts and also finished the open IV, but when I do the last step to open addon peds editor, it won't open. Please can somone help!
