Scripts not functioning.

Problem mods: scripts. What i have installed are the businesses and the stuff needed for that, and that's pretty much it

As far as I can tell, everything is loading fine? But when I hit insert to initialize nothing happens.
Tried looking it up to see if i'm stupid and just didn't install something right, but I don't know.
