Brown Streak/Overhaultrains Addon Error - err_mem_embeddedalloc_alloc guard 1 & other issues

Hi everyone this is my first post to the community and just trying to mod and have fun playing a modded game of GTA 5. I'm trying to set up the brown steak addon mod and the problem im facing is:

Game crashes when watching the brown streak train by - err_mem_embeddedalloc_alloc guard 1 (and yes I have the gameconfig, head adjuster & pack limiter both installed)

One passenger cab is invisible but the rest of the whole train set will load in the textures except for 1 and will also cause a game crash.

Does traintracks.xml, trains.xml & trains1.dat have anything to do with my crash? I try to install a trains.xml that would show both the freight train & brown streak.
If anyone can help me fix this issue would be much appreciated.
I'm a mid-spec gamer if anyone needs to know my specs just lmk & I have other mods installed which includes:

Update -
I removed the brown streak mod and installed the overhaultrain mod because i read it had more improvement and when i installed it and went to a railroad crossing to watch to see if the mod worked ok and it sort of did the train passed by but as soon as the end of the train came the game crash giving me an error.
ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_FREE_2 - Game Memory error. please reboot and restart the game
