Problem with a .ini file not reading/ working correctly for a script mod.

Hi,
I'm currently running Grand Theft Auto V (version 1.0 1868 .0) on steam and having troubles with getting a .ini file from a script mod to read.The mod is https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/rob-fleeca-v2#comment-1539717. The mod works perfectly, however there is a .ini file in which enables you to edit the settings of the mod. When i go to edit these settings, they do not save or read correctly.
I have tried reloading the scripts, removing other mods to see if they are causing the issue and using earlier versions of the mod but nothing works.
I have all the requirement files installed, including: ScriptHookV, ScriptHook.net and ASI Loader.

The mod probably has a bug.

I did speak to the mod creator and he said the code was fine and wasnt showing any bugs so i'm not sure weather the problem is on my end or its a bug
