Script hook v not working

I followed all the steps and downloaded script hook, opened bin and then dragged the three files into the gta 5 folder. I can’t seem to get it to work still though. I’ve reinstalled the mods and relaunched the game a dozen times already. I’m going to post my gta folder and hopefully someone could let me know what may be causing the issue. Not sure if I have duplicate files or something else causing it to not run. Would appreciate any help thanks
