Movement issues GTA V redux

After installing GTA V redux successfully (everything finally working)

I cannot press W anymore to walk. When I press W it stutters doesn't move forward. Same as going backwards.
When I drive in a car same thing happens. Left and right movement are okay tho.

I have to press down any other button just to walk forward. I tried using a gamepad and everything works fine.

I think it is in conflict with the gamepad but I have tried to unplug it as well, but still not luck.

How do I fix this?
