[2020-02-24 00:32:50.303] [ ERROR ] [ 8968] [crashdetection] Exit code 0xc00000fd indicates a fatal game exit (reason: Unknown Error Code)I purchased GTA V last year on Steam, and had played it without crash issue until some weeks ago. Since one day then until nowadays the game crashes almost every time I load a save file. - I play story mode only, never played the online mode.
I had tried all possible trouble-shootings I found on the Internet listed below - even including its complete reinstallation (uninstall it and also manually erased all Rockstar-related files or folders), but nothing helped.

https://www.ghostarrow.com/how-to-fix-grand-theft-auto-v-unexpectedly-exitedI don't exactly remember when this issue started, but anyway both ScriptHookV and SHVDN logs do not show any error (The same crash also happens when I play without the 'mods' and 'scripts' folders). Only I see that error on Rockstar Launcher log. This crash happens on offline mode, too.
Anyone have idea how to fix this? My laptop is ASUS GU501 equipped with i7 8750H, 16GB RAM, and GTX 1060 6GB with its latest Nvidia driver.

@WGotch07 I tried several different save files downloaded, but no help.

@WGotch07 I tried erasing save files, but no help. I have installed and tested several versions of Nvidia driver, including the lastest one, but no help either.

Now I'm getting different error code depending on how I manage background settings (like turning off Antivirus or Sonic Studio 3.. etc), but anyway there is no way for me to avoid the crash when loading a save file.

What is unique is that mostly the first loading while in game is okay. But from second time, it occurs the crash. If I erase all save files in documents folder and start from the beginning of story mode, then it just shows infinite loading screen.

After numerous tests, finally I solved this issue by myself. All general trouble-shootings did not help me.
Actually the crash on loading a save file occurred for two factors, not one factor.
Below is how I solved my issue.
-
I removed Open All Interiors mod because I found out that having its OpenInteriors.asi file at GTA V root folder surely occurred the crash when loading a save file.
-
I turned off 'enable MP maps' on Simple Trainer.
For right now I don't know exactly why this crash occurs and also I don't know how other players would experience those mods, but this is my case anyway.
It took pretty long time for me to find out the cause to solve this crash issue because it was occurred by those two factors, not by just one.
I hope this information can help other players who suffer from the same crash.

My fix was to delete files [OpenIV.asi] and [OpenIV.log] from folder:
"C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V"
