Skin customizer for singleplayer?

I know this question is probably asked a thousand times already but is there any good mod that lets you create a character like online for singleplayer? Skin Control was good but its outdated now. Is there anything that's updated and good?

Yes, they're called trainers (Menyoo, Simple Native Trainer to name a couple).
