HELP/ I cant edit my extratitleupdatedate !!

Can anyone please help me!? i couldn't edit the extratittleupdatedata, i tried to save content & export to my desktop to edit it but when i export it to my desktop i cant click it! please help!

@elintann Why do you need to edit that file?
If you're doing it because an addon car mod tells you to, ignore it... you don't need it.

@elintann Yeah man, just editing the dlclist.xml is enough. But you can use Wordpad or notepad to open it if you like.
