Random Suicide Bomber Script (From GTA 4)

Hey guys, looking for someone to either convert or recreate a script from GTA 4 that would spawn a suicide bomber after a specific period of time, and the bomber would either target other npc's or the player (customizable in the ini file). If possible add other options like VBIED's, landmines, Backroad ambushes (a group of armed guys pop out of hiding and shoot either other npc's or people).
