My 3D head model for Trevor are crashing the game

hey guys, i'm new to modding characters and i've just modelled a new head for Trevor but when i'm going close to him the game crashes.

I'm using gims evo, and i want to revamp trevor with a new 1999 movie based character that i can't talk about by the first and second rule from the club

Also i didnt find any specific help for editing main characters such trevor, michael and franklin, if i understand how edit any of them i can model more characters to we use in story, for example

i want to make something big, please, help me out guys and i'll credit you all for the support
