@badjdizzle It's time someone stops asking. I guess the time hasn't come yet. The only thing a PS3 can do is play stock games and be used as a grill.
So,
THE ANSWER IS NO. NO MODDING ON PS3, THAT SIMPLE. BUY A PC IF YOU WANT TO MOD, IT'S NEVER COMING TO CONSOLE.
