Convert GTA SA skins to GTA V

Hello, I wanted to ask if is possible to convert gta sa skins to gta v in an easy way, because I tried to use zmodeler 2 and 3 but I didn't manage to insert textures in the model and to rig it because I am a noob, or if someone can do it for me. Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad English
