Missing part of addon Cars after being spawning

I wonder why after i install this police add-ons car every things just work fine except the siren light got missing when I spawn it manually.
But sometimes the siren light appear by chances.However, it pretty low.Mostly it was spawned without siren light. Hope anybody could help me with this problem.
