Ifruit radio not showing?

For some reason after completely removing gta5 and installing from scratch again the ifruit radio wont show up in offline or online anymore. I've verified the files twice now with no luck. I'd reinstall but I have a feeling the problem will persist and it'll be a waste of time.
Does anyone know any possible solutions for this? or know anything that could possibly be preventing my game from loading in the new radio stations? I do have openiv, lspdfr and open all interiors but nothing else.
its not a massive deal, the old radio stations do get a little repetitive and boring though after a while especially knowing theres more of a variety out.
