Car stalls / stops running

Hi guys, so recently ive noticed my cars stop running after a good 5 min or so. I have to delete my car and respawn it to continue driving?
The car slowly comes to a stop as if it had ran out of fuel and then my character arms are glitching inside. this happens to every car i drive, mods and not mods.Please help

check your trainer and see if you have the car fuel turned on. this was happening to me earlier due to running out of gas. once i turned the fuel stetting off the car started again. the arms were also glitching like you describe.
