Wheels acting up, Gta V Vehicle Conversion

Hi! This last week i've been trying to perform my first vehicle conversion for gta V, but unfortunately i'm stuck!
As you can see from the image below, the wheels aren't working correctly.. Any Help is greatly appreciated! (I haven't done the Nodes / Mesh myself for the wheels and the collisions shouldn't be the problem either!)

I've Somehow gotten the Wheels to Spin around its own Axle, although now, I Cant get the wheels in the Correct Place and i Find them floating under me...

hi , can you tell what you did to make the wheels rotate on their own axis , because im having the same problem.
