i cant figure out how to start the game

i had downloaded the game from rockstar but after the update i cant start the gta 5 without rockstar launcher and i have 2 copies of game so like how should i run it .i have tried to to install rocker launcher but it cant find my game and i dont have that much data to download the game once again please help me out
