my mod menu is broken i think. can some one help?

ive been modding for a good time and know what im doing kind of. but all of a sudden its like the game skips the mods folder and just goes to the "original" game files. can someone help please?

@ItsFadez Is it a legit version of the game or a cracked version? Just have to ask because sometimes that's the case and we dig too deep trying to help before realizing it. Is the asi loader in your root folder? Did you possibly rename it to play online and forget to rename it to play SP with mods? More info would be helpful in solving your issue if it isn't one of those. Possibly post pics of your root folder.
