Glowing skyscrapers @ nights

Hello my friends!
I need small help, if someone knows values that im looking for, don't be shy and post here.
Problem:
https://imgur.com/a/O5g25x6 too much glow. (I went lights out, to give better look what i mean)I'm pretty sure that i'm gonna leave them there, i just want to tone that glow down.

What time of night is that and what weather setting was that taken in? To me it looks like foggy or smog weather in an early morning shine.

You can get rid of it by editing "vfxfogvolumeinfo.ymt" with CodeWalker.
If you don't know how to do it, you can get an already modified version that i included in this mod.
