Problems Installing Add-on Car mods

I could really use some help. I have two version of GTA V installed on my computer. One for online and one for Single Player. The modded Single Player version has no problems loading script mods, but doesn't like add-on car mods. Both versions of GTA V have the biker dlc installed and I know that my dlclist.xml file is updated to include that. Right now, I get to the loading screen and it freezes. When I exit full screen, it says GTA V closed unexpectedly. I have tried Retry and Safe Mode multiple times to no avail. Shortly after it says I have corrupt game data and I am forced to re-download the corrupted files. I don't know what I am doing wrong and all of the mods currently installed worked fine about a month ago on the Cunning Stunts dlc. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
