How to convert yft file for import in 3dsmax

I would like import yft car model in 3dsmax for making low poly model based on this hight model.
Can you help me?

I need just meshes not material and textures

If it is a locked model then yoh cant, if its unlocked then you can open in zmodeler and convert to a 3ds
