Any way to be always offline without disconnecting my internet?

I'd like to load in offline mode everytime. i'm annoyed at the gta online "ads" and have no intention of ever playing online. i tried to -scOfflineOnly inside commandline.txt but it doesn't work.

any tips would be very helpful.

EDIT: i didn't realize that i needed to set outbound rules in the firewall as well as inbound. it's working now. no gta online "ads"

Eventually you will have to be online for authorization. Happens to me every once in a while. I think it's after a certain amount of times the game is started.
