Oppressor/ Rocket Voltic Handling Mod Help?

Hey everyone
I'm doing a bit of playing around with handling for a few vehicles, and I've gotten stuck with the rocket boost on vehicles like the oppressor and rocket voltic, does anyone know where to find the line/ file where the acceleration and top speed for the rockets are?
I can get the oppressor to 400mph without the rocket but when boosting it slows down to a constant 180 so I'm thinking it's something else
has anyone managed to increase the top speed of the rocket boost?
