Is There Any Way To Convert A Streamedped To A Componentped?

I downloaded this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/robocop-1987
and I want to replace one of the marine peds with it, but I can't because the marines are componentpeds, and this is a streamedped. How can I convert it to a componentped?
