Blonded Isn't on the radio wheel anymore

The blonded radio station disappeared from the radio wheel. I'm not if it's because of a mod or not and I don't want to delete all my mods to find out why. My gta5 version is: 1.0.1868.0

Why would you have to delete them? Just remove them from the folder to another location and add them back one by one until you find the culprit.
