updates after "Arena War" doesn't register

by register, i mean something along the lines of just not showing up in-game. after a few weeks of not playing gta 5, i opened the game with all my mods installed and noticed that when using menyoo, content from every update after the Arena War update just wouldn't show up on the menu. not even dlc vehicles, weapons, or clothing. i uninstalled some mods, mainly graphic ones, since it caused other problems. those other problems were fixed, but the game still doesn't have the newer updates. any fixes?

checked to see they’re definitely in your dlcpacks folder? checked to see they’re in dlclist?
