weapon mods textures showing in oiv but not in game + driverless cars and barely peds around

whenever i try to install a weapon mod (yesterday was a ak47 max payne mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/max-payne-3-ak-47-animated) it shows in open iv as the model and textures but when in game it shows the original type 56(original gta ak) i used to also have a problem with open iv drag and drop put never gotten help with it till yesterday until this popped up
i have the latest update of gta(casino heist)
my mods:simple trainer scripthook v and all dot nets packfile limit adjuster open iv open interiors open camera v(oiv) naitive ui menyoo enhanced naitive trainer real gun sounds(one with oiv also the one you hear in youtube vids)rage weapons and vehicles world of variety vanilla works extended(car pack) asuniverse map editor persistence(car saving mod) i fruitaddon 1 and 2 random events better carjacking damage effects gang and turf mod with the gangs of los santos addon hitman reloaded(last one) last location meth empire addon and no missing blips random attackings watch your death and weapon jamming
i havent tried anything yet this occoured yesterdayif you need my open iv log files or my dot net 3 log tell me

it could also be that gang mod in have i belive but idki have tried deleting wov

Gangs of Los Santos is part of WoV so having it installed is redundant. Also, WoV should be installed first in a clean mods folder, one that has no other mods installed.
Best advice is to remove all your mods and reinstall them one by one until the problem returns.

@QBit07 for no2 ive actually removed wov its not the problem and the gang mod im using is https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/gang-and-turf-mod my guess is its prob a glitch from his mod but idk for my mods
and i think it isint my vanillaworks because when i had it it still worked it could also be rage vehicles aswell
