[SCRIPT] Lock cinematic camera angles

A mod to lock cinematic camera angles(Pressing R key on the keyboard while inside a vehicle) would be awesome. I really love the angles of the cinematic camera while flying a Cuban 800.
I bet many GTA players want this thing and it would be a total success.
It would be great if anyone can work on this
