My anti-virus software says that Menyoo is infected

Hello GTA modding community,
I am trying to install Manyoo so I can install another mod that requires it. So I downloaded the latest version from GitHub. However, it would not extract saying it needed special permission. I was confused, and for the past 10 minutes or so, I've been trying to get this to work, and then I found the problem. My antivirus software (Bitdefender) flagged Menyoo.asi as infected, claiming it had Gen:Variant.Razy.625541.Is this true? Please let me know ASAP because I want to use the mod that requires it.

if it's the version you download from 5Mods or directly from github: false positive
