chance for police to "recognize" you?

Hey guys. i'm looking for a mod that adds a small chance that a cop will recognize you and you gain wanted status. i know there's a similar mod but it's pretty far off of what i'm looking for.

RDE had something that did this, though I don't know of a single script by itself right now

Better Chases+ has an arrest warrant system, where the police recognizes your character when you have an outstanding warrant.
