Adjust The Amount Of Traffic

Curious to know if there is a mod that allows one to adjust the amount of traffic. I don't want to completely disable traffic, that does mess with some aspects of the game. I just want to adjust the amount of traffic.

Also check out various modded gameconfig.xml uploads, some contain different amounts of traffic and peds.
