Modified Data re-downloading on startup

Hei Guys,

I need some help from you.

I just installed some modes with openIV to the game dir ( not the mod folder )

when I start up GTA to play, the launcher opens and downloads all modified data.

How can I tell GTA to start with the modified files?

@qdqwqw Use a mods folder, that way they won't get replaced.
