play as female + use mods + enter shops ?

hi all, random request I wanted to mod gta v to allow for; playing as female character, being able to enter shops etc (changing clothes) AND being able to use mods... gta online doesnt let me use mods; menyoo lets me change models but then I can't access shops to change clothes. serious problems, I know.
