[VEHICLE] Seat Arosa 97-01 version (willing to pay for it)

Can someone make the Seat Arosa, but the original pre-face lift version that was made from 1997-2001? From then, a few modifications can make the car either into a VW Lupo, which is almost the exact same car, except with different headlights and maybe some interior changes or a Seat Arosa post-facelift, so whoever makes it, can make 3 cars out of one, but the preface Arosa is the main one I want since it's car I have for over 15 years in real life.
If anyone can do it, I am willing to pay 20 euros, if the quality is decent ( like for example the quality of this car https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/volkswagen-fox-2008-add-on-fivem )
