Vehicle Build/Help Request.

im trying to make an addon police vehicle for my friends fiveM server but i just dont know how to make the files and actually make it work in game i have a template and everything but i need to know how to add a lightbar that works on it and how to do all the files and there are no youtube videos on how to do it. Like if i could get a video walk through or someone to do it for me and me tell them how its supposed to look like that would be great. But i dont have any money bc i was trying to be nice for my friend and get them a vehicle.
