"tailgater" car unable to replace?

anyone else having this issue? no matter the mod car I replace it with they all end up with black taillight and headlight once I come out of mansion, and artifacts glitch over the screen and generally crashes in few minutes. Once I remove the tailgater mod car, the game tends to run fine no artifacts etc and is fixed.?

was able to fix so far by using default car replacer mod and switched michaels car with another. think the issue was due to possibly customizations done to michaels tailgater
EDIT:
actually its not crashing and glitching anymore but now if I spawn tailgater it will appear for a second and disappear and after multiple attempts started spawining Michael default car. not sure what to do
