Trying to find a solution to having slower blood pools.

So recently I've updated my mod Improvements in Gore with bigger blood pools via decals.dat, the only issue is that with GTA 5, the pools show up and increase in size way too fast; what is needed to slow that process down dramatically so it's more natural?

Didn't know you were still active here. Some dude on Steam was having trouble with the Euphoria mod.
