Ped selector not opening

Hi there.
I downgraded my gta to v 1.0.678.1, wanna try new characters. I placed every file needed for that but ped selector is not opening when i press "L" key
Pedselector.dll i in scripts folder.

Please help

i got the same problem, the ped selector not working and somethime its crushing my game
