Mods to make Story more realistic and (VERY) difficult

Hi,
which Mods you guys can advise to make the Story as difficult as possible? (like manual shifting, realistic car damage, realistic weapon damage, realistic cop behaivoir etc.)

@davaivid you just about named them all yourself. Haha. Most mods like those will interfere with your progress with the story tho, real vehicle damage may make another mission impossible to complete.
